Virtual Socrates Café

Based on the idea that we learn more when we question and question with others, Virtual Socrates Café meetings are gatherings where we explore philosophical questions. All are welcome!

The Dunedin Public Library hosts a Virtual Socrates Cafe on the first Saturday of each month, 10 AM-Noon (unless otherwise noted). We use the  online meeting platform, Zoom, for the discussion. 

If you have not used Zoom before and would like some instruction on how to use it, mention that in the email and we will send a training video or we can Zoom beforehand to make sure you are comfortable with the platform.

Also, if you have a question for the group to consider please email it to us before we start at 10 AM on the day of the Virtual Meeting.

Each meeting is capped to 20 participants. So send in your request.
