Event Details

For our Summer Reading theme of Adventure Begins at Your Library we invite you to join us on an adventure into learning about marine life and their habitats, a vital part of our coastal community. We welcome our speaker for this series of programs from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA).

For our fifth lecture, CMA will be speaking on No Bones About It. This program focuses on invertebrates. Learn all about the Gulf of Mexico’s smaller inhabitants that call CMA home through this look at sea stars, crabs, and sea urchins. The program will focus on describing these animals using our five senses, comparing and contrasting locomotion modalities, and discussing survival adaptations.
