The Dunedin Public Library is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility.  Only light refreshments may be served:  coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages, donuts, cookies or cake.  Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, whether catered or pot-luck, may not be served.
