Gingerbread Engineering Challenge

Put your building skills to the test in our Gingerbread Engineering Challenge.  Using graham crackers, icing, and candy, participants will design and construct their own gingerbread structures while exploring basic engineering concepts like stability, symmetry, and creative problem-solving.
