Come relax, breathe, and find your center in this healing session with Carol Cannon as she guides the group through a gentle meditation with the use of Himalayan Singing Bowls.
As a group, a brief history of the bowls is covered, along with a discussion of what to expect in the 'experience". Bring a mat to lay upon, a pillow, eye covering and blanket. Your mind's chatter will drift away with the sound of the bowls, allowing you to reach a deep sense of relaxation. Afterwards, group shares their experiences, if desired.
Please bring a mat, towel, or blanket to sit on as this guided meditation is presented on the floor. Chairs will be available.
