Event Details

Join Jenn Plocinski and treat yourself to an hour of true rest. In this calming class, the body is fully supported with props (pillows, blankets, and bolsters) so muscles can soften, breathing can deepen, and the nervous system can settle. Gentle stretching and soothing guided meditation work together to melt away tension and replenish your energy.

Participants are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to create their own cozy, supportive space.
