Flowers, hearts, animals, princesses, superheroes, mermaids, fairies... and those hats! Come get your balloon sculptures with Tony the Balloon Guy! But wait there's more! Along with Tony, Mrs. Balloon Guy, Phyllis, and her daughter, Caitlin will be there for Face Painting! Joint the fun in our youth department from 2-3 after our storytelling program with Windell Campbell!
